Email [email protected] and describe what happened, which site you were on (Netflix or YouTube), and your browser. Screenshots help. We aim to reply within 2–3 business days.
Common topics
- Sync looks off — make sure everyone has the extension installed and is signed in, and that you're all on the same video.
- Camera or mic isn't working — check that your browser has granted camera/mic permission for Syncync and that no other app is using the device.
- Billing — manage or cancel your Premium subscription from your account settings; for receipts or billing issues, email us.
- Delete your account or data — see the data deletion page.
